I called the game pretty darned early. Based on feel, I thought I knew what was going to happen, too. I had no belief in the "Knicks". There's no magic, no expect-the-unexpected with them as there is with the "Pacers."
Magic is not going to win them the Finals over OKC. But Mark Daigneault is a novitiate and Rick Carlisle is a wily champion. And Indiana plays this intense 94'-pressure-48' game. I think it's unique in today's NBA, I'm sure it's exceedingly unusual. Maybe Carlisle and the full court game make magic?
