Once again, Brooklyn jumped on Boston early and Boston, so resilient, so mentally tough, so disciplined in coach Ime Udoka's scheme, closed the gap, erased it and took a 12-point lead (!) in the second quarter before Brooklyn rallied. KD was held to 7 points on 2/5 shooting and Kyrie to 10 points on 4/11 (0/5). Once again, as has been the case since, I think, Irving has been back full time, the "Nets" are playing atrocious defense, allowing Boston tonight to shoot 53.8% from the field on them.
The Brooklyn experiment is crumbling.
