Trump is in a uniquely vulnerable position. He is out of custody on pre-trial release conditions and is subject of gag orders in four separate criminal cases. Unquestionably this is a violation of those conditions. I don't know how he gets around this. I agree with all below, a former FBI official, a constitutional scholar, a former United States Attorney, Alabama, political science scholars, Trump should be violated and jailed.
