It has been another summer of inaction for the "Heat". And the natives are getting restless.
The org misunderstood the new salary cap. They are right at the edge of the fearful "second apron", over which teams cannot add players, so close that they can't add players now without going over it. Andy Elisburg admitted (said they knew what they were doing but said it in a way that signaled they didn't) that they misunderstood by trading for Terry Rozier. So, imo, it is time for Pat Riley to "pass the torch" in the phrase a la mode, and yes, unfortunately, the 45's will look a lot like the 45's again when the season starts.
