Biden's 303 is probably it, maybe 319 if she wins NC. She will win decisively in both and I don't it's going to be as close in the swings as it was in MMXX. I don't think it will be in the recount range in Pa. and Ga., Az. I think it will be CLEAR. I think the swings will hew more closely to the national.
