1) Was a democracy with a robust rule of law as a check, then,
2) by democratic means, VOTED democracy and the rule of law OUT,
3) and VOTED for non-democratic AUTHORITARIANISM and NO (or a systemically weakened) rule of law, and then,
4) VOTED democracy and robust law BACK IN?
