Baseball is the most statistics-oriented of America's four major team sports. The man above, Miguel Cabrera, last night finished the season first in the three most important statistical categories for hitters: batting average, home runs, and runs batted in.  That is the "Triple Crown" in baseball, and Miguel Cabrera is the first player to win it since 1967.
