Miami ran away with it in the end...

99-82 the final. Philly playing the second of a back-to-back of course. What a game they played last night at home. Then to get on a plane and come down here, with no Beard...I wish the Association didn't do that, schedule b-t-b's between top teams this late in the season. Not shading my "Heat" who were without Kyle and have played through whatever absences they've had--that's what makes this team special, they have incredible will one through fifteen. Just wish Miami ball fans could see see a game like "Sixers" fans did last night with a full, rested "Heat" vs a full, rested "Sixers"

Philly got off to an absolutely miserable start. Trailed 30-14 at one point, 54-40 (or fight) at the half. They showed their will, pulling to within 2 with 7 secs left in the 3Q and were right there for half of the final quarter but ran out of gas. Joel had 22 and 15 and Electric Maxey 17 to lead the visitors. Jimmy and Tyler had 21 each for us. Bam had only 6 points but 10 rebounds.

Donut had six on 2/5 (2/4). Donut started of course but only played 18', not starter's minutes. Seven other guys played more than Robinson. What's Spo gonna do with this guy in the 'loffs? My recollection from 2019/2020 is that Spo disappeared him. Don't know why they didn't trade him at the deadline. Don't know why he's still starting.

The difference between the two teams tonight was shooting. Miami was 48.6% (46.4%), 84.2%; Phila 34.1% (17.1%, and threw up 41 attempts!), 82.6%. Live by the bomb, die by the bomb.
