Denver is a great team, Jokic is a great player but Jokic was an ass in this one. "Pacers" coach Rick Carlisle argued some call and got a T; enraged, Carlisle kept arguing and the Fat Brat went to the refs and made the T hand sign for another technical. The ref gave it to Carlisle and he was kicked out of the game. Two Nugats were laughing to each other about Jokic baiting the ref into the ejection. Then (I did think this was cute and laughed) I think the same two played "rock, paper, scissors, shoot" to decide who would take the free throw.
