...a representative sample of n=2,074 registered voters. The study includes an oversample of Black registered voters (n=579), and registered voters under the age of 35 (n=624). The margin of sampling error for total respondents is +/- 3.0 at the 95% confidence level. The design effect is 1.95.

Not a good poll for Kamala regardless, but the oversampling, whether by design or inadvertance, of Blacks and U-35s, and the design effect, which I don't understand specifically but which seems to be important to them, all make this a troubling poll for Kamala.
