An act relating to the Division of Insurance Agents and Agency Services; amending s. 20.121 F.S.; revising the name of the division;
"The Division of Agents and Agency Services is now known as the Division of Agent and Agency Services. Dropping the "s" from "Agents" gives the name a smoother grammatical structure and helps it express more clearly the role of the division in the state's overall insurance regulatory scheme."
