This here undersigned watched extended highlights of the afore-referenced debacles. Miami is every bit as bad as 59-10. Cleveland, however. I kept looking down at the trailer to see what quarter it was and how much time was left. It didn't seem like a game that was going to end 43-13. With Miami I saw dysfunction all over the field. "Tetons" QB Lamar Jackson had ALL DAY to throw. When, as often happened, "Tetons" receivers caught the ball, "Dolphins" couldn't tackle them. "Dolphins" could not run, pass, catch, or tackle. "Dolphins" did nothing well. "Brown Turds," though. The only systemic issue I noticed was the offensive line. Baker Mayfield did not have all day. Baker Mayfield was running like it was the last day of his life. His three INT's directly accounted for 21 of Tenn's points. Take away those and the game ends 21-13. That score is more like it seemed to me really to be. But they were not supposed to lose this game, not 21-13, not 14-13. They were supposed to win this game. They were favored by 5 to win. I could see why after the first possession of the game when they scored easily. Well into the 3Q I could easily have seen Cleve winning. At no point did I think Miami was other than going to get blown out. At no point. Tenn led 22-13 entering 4Q. Aside from the offense line I could see Cleveland winning a bunch of games this year. Off this performance I cannot see Miami winning a game this year unless in conference realignment they end up in Conference USA. Offensive line is a big "aside," though. If Cleveland's offensive line is just this bad then Cleveland is going to be Cleveland again. Miami's going to be Cleveland too.
