Taliban Allow Girls to Return to Some High Schools, but With Big Caveats

In some provinces, teenage girls have been allowed to return to secondary schools, though some teachers and parents still have doubts about what this means about Taliban rule.

No, it doesn't look like a N.O.W. chapter is going to open anytime soon in Afghanistan. Is this good-ish though? Okay, okay, I apologize, we must not modify "Taliban" with any form of the adjective "good" even the annoying "good-ish." Graded on the Taliban Curve can we say that this is not totally bad-ish?

You'll have to take my word for this but that is a more impressive physical plant than Northern Cambria High School. Also newer.
