Biden on Putin: 'I think he is a war criminal' 

Guess they're not going to be talking any time soon, huh? You know Moscow doesn't answer the "deconfliction hotline" anymore. Biden and Putin haven't spoken since the war began. Nor anyone with Lavrov. Are you even allowed to talk to a war criminal? I don't know. I'm sure this won't make Putin more paranoid. Nah.
