Biden Will Seek Re-election, Setting Up Possible Rematch With Trump

President Biden formally announced that he will seek a second term, pitching himself as the Democrat best positioned to keep Donald J. Trump from reclaiming the White House.

He is that, that is job one, the country would not survive as a Republic if Hitler-lite despoiled the presidential mansion again, and unlikely that that is it is not non-zero. Personally, I am just shy of thrilled with Biden's performance as president.
