He doesn’t have the “capacity” to GOVERN? That’s what everybody’s saying in private? Then no changes should be made! He should drop out. To message that he's fine, everything's fine, would be a fraud on the voting public when he "does not have the capacity to do it". Like FDR in 1944. You can’t reverse engineer the actuarial table or healthy brain cells. What, are we to reimagine the presidency as a committee?
