What is this, the Marquess of Queensbury rules of assassination prevention where you let the assassin go first?
This is incompetence at such a level that it is not unreasonably GOING to spawn conspiracy theories. It’s flabbergasting. The amateur cameraman recognizes that the SA snipers are onto something. He zooms his camera in. What can the explanation possibly be from SS as to 1) why they didn’t have an agent on that NEAREST high ground to the protectee and 2) why from THEIR elevated position where they CLEARLY SAW the danger and had their sights TRAINED on the gunman—they still let him get off 1-3 shots before “neutralizing” him? What reasonable answers can SS possibly give to those OBVIOUS questions?
