A nutty week by any standards. But I want to call attention to what
@realDonaldTrump
is really aiming for. It’s not a distraction, it’s not to motivate his base, it’s not based on anything other than fear. 1/3

The orange perp knows that what awaits him in 39 days is a resounding electoral defeat. Yes, his cronies may pardon him on federal level but his bigger issue is w/ the distinguished Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance whose team has sniffed out this Trump family scam. 2/3

They are ready to pounce. Everything Trump thinks/breathes everyday is aimed at 1 thing, staying out of jail. He wants leverage to get a pardon from
@NYGovCuomo
before he will leave 1600 Penn. Prison won’t suit him or family well and his survival instinct has kicked in. 3/3
Plague of Trump Sept. 15, 11:51 p.m.
Total Killed by Trump: 203,746
Killed by Trump Sept. 25: 948
Total Cases of Trump Plague: 7,032,595
Cases Sept. 25: a staggering 54,595, most since Sept. 4. I will say that I would not be surprised if tomorrow when Hopkins tallies the Cases anew that that 54.598k number may be revised downward. Hopkins does that sometimes.
The New York Times' 14-day averages are not good:
The Times' 7-day Cases average through Sept. 24:
Since Sept. 12 the seven-day average has risen from 34.588k to 41.860k on Sept 24.
The 7-day Deaths average line through Sept. 24:
The 7-day Deaths average has fallen from a recent Sept. 15 high of 878 to a seven-day average from Sept. 18-24 of 740, an impressive decline. The average has ticked up in the last two iterations from 721 on Sept. 22 to 735 Sept. 23 and 740 on Sept. 24, a minimal increase over only two iterations. Daily Deaths tomorrow, Sept. 26, will probably be about the same as today. The Deaths average will probably remain about where it is tonight. But more Deaths are coming. We have a 12-day, and if today's Daily Cases number from Hopkins is not revised downward, a thirteen-day mini-bulge of Cases that will result in more Deaths than we are seeing currently in the next two-four weeks.
The bottom line is poor tonight. 14-day Cases are up 17%, Deaths +5%.

BOSTON! 71 MIA 63, 5:39 3Q :o
Beans 20-5 so far in the third! Everything I just wtote in that last post, it’s all bullshit.
MIA 58 BOS 51 HT
Alrighty, now that we have some time let's look at the box score.
"Heat" shot 46.5% (23/5%)."Celts", 40.4%, 37.5%.
"Heat" had five TO's, Beans five.
"Heat" 26 'bounds, Beans 22.
Duncan Robinson led all scores with 17 on 6/9 (3/6)
Jimmy 14, 4/6, 8 rebbies, 5 assists, 1 steal, 1 block.
Bam near invisible 6 pts, 3 rebounds, 3 asterisks, 1 block.
Beans:
Tatum 10, Brown 10, Kanter 8.
Morals of the first half: Boston doesn't think they can win this game. The "Heat" know they will win. This is the third game Boston has come out flat. The only game the started strong was the one they won. Boston is not tough enough mentally.
Spoelstra outcoached Brad Stevens. Boston inexplicably got torched again by a guy, Duncan, who has flamethrowers in both hands, on both feet, and one coming out of his mouth. In other words, Duncan did to them in the first half of game five what Tyler did all of game four. Another unsuspecting sniper, huh Beans?
Sub-moral of half: Last game and so far this one good things happen to Boston when they put Enes Kanter on the floor.
Beach 11 Bay 5, 7:10 1Q Bay FTO
Duncan Robinson came out and smacked 'em in right the mouth with a trey 22' in on the first shot of the game.
"Heat"-"Celtics" Game 5
It still hasn't started. Sixteen fucking minutes after the 8:30 start time it still hasn't started
The Catastrophe
Tonight I will be distracted for a couple of hours by the "Heat" game but it will still always be there. Distracted but no escape. I feel it like a marital fight when you know that something fundamental has been broken; like being fired or the death of a loved one. After those events we have the distraction of sleep. But in the morning, shaking the cobwebs, "I have slept well; why do I have thus feeling?," and then it comes to you and you feel it the more intensely for it having violently displaced the distraction. You go on as if it was a normal day. You greet your sig oth, get dressed as before, drive to work. The car actually starts; the sun actually rose; the heavens did not darken. Do they not know? How can this be a normal day when my child has died? You go on, living the waking nightmare.

Jail Terrifies Trump
Trump knows that he has already lost a free and fair election. Trump will do anything, including conspiring with Moscow, including killing Americans and letting them be killed because he literally is in a life-and-death situation personally. The moment he leaves the White House an ex-president he will be arrested. He will be tried, convicted, and will spend the rest of his life in prison.
Plague of Trump
Killed so far Sept 24: 878
Killed Sept 23: 1,098
New Cases so far Sept 24: 42,215
New Cases Sept 23: 35,330
There is Going to be Violence
A Republican official from Illinois told reporters Trump was just “jerking their chains” but I remember what Steve Bannon said about Trump: everything he says he means seriously and everything he says should be taken seriously.
He is not going to leave office peacefully because he will be arrested the moment he does. There’s going to be violence.
America's Nightmare
Yesterday, David Wasserman for Cook Political Report, wrote an article entitled "Demographic Change Since 2016 Alone Could Be Enough to Defeat Trump," the first paragraph of which was,
Four years ago, Donald Trump won the White House while losing the popular vote by 2.9 million to Hillary Clinton, thanks to a near-perfect geographic vote distribution that allowed him to win big Electoral College prizes by razor-thin margins. The key? Trump's unprecedented 37-point margin among white voters without four-year college degrees, who are especially influential in the Upper Midwest. (emphasis added)
"near perfect": Pretty hard to me "near perfect" (although I try), no? Strains credulity. And near perfect not by one guy but a "near-perfect geographic vote distribution" of 77,444 guys (and gal-guys, but mostly guy-guys) out of 128,838,342. Knowing just where to "distribute" those votes. In 2016, 77,444 was Trump's combined margin of victory in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, and with it his margin of victory in the Electoral College.
If the Russians could do that in 2016 they can damn well manipulate double or triple or? in 2020 with the experience and when they have gone dark. The key is "near-perfect geographic vote distribution" and they will be toasting their tool in the Duma again.
Trump: "Maybe COVID is a good thing. I won't have to shake hands with these disgusting people."-Ex-Pence Aide Olivia Troye
Do you know nobody in the Trump administration ever denied Trump said that?
I propose surprise attacks on southern Whites. I propose people like me from the North, old, White men, dressed in the costume of our people, shirt, tie, jacket just walk down southern Main Streets and when we see another one of our kind walking toward us just give them a forwarm shiver to the face and then drive on to the next town.
