This is...oh yeah, I already have her name. She is a public occurrence today because she's profiled in the New York Times. The Times says the tabloids call her "the Paris Hilton of Russia. She is rich, connected (the daughter of Anotali Sobchak, a former top aide to Boris Yeltsin, who gave Putin his first political job), has her own TV show, fashion line, perfume, and has become a prominent vocal supporter of the Russian opposition like Alexei Navalny. This last is the reason she is profiled in the Times.
God, she's beautiful.
