I just tested the anatomy of the Solnit Maneuver. When you tilt your head far back it's difficult to breathe normally and your jaw naturally comes open so I wouldn't have to force Friedman's mouth open through clenched teeth. I was concerned he would bite me and then I would have to rip his lungs out but human anatomy seems to cause a reflex where the mouth opens. I could then keep his head back without much effort and then quickly spit into his mouth so I think I could perform the Solnit Maneuver on Friedman.

Good night.
