Well, that doesn't sound good does it? No, it doesn't. "Once again" is what I alerted to. It has been so long since I've checked CDT that I don't know what Xi has done before. There is always a subtext with China, nothing is just as it appears on the surface. Why would Xi be doing this--and "again"--after Bo Xilai? And so soon? I don't know.
