Very strange situation in Dallas last night. A policewoman who had just completed her shift and was still in full uniform went home...to another person's apartment and shot and killed the resident! She thought the apartment was hers. That's all Dallas P.D. is saying about the facts but they are saying much more in charging the policewoman with manslaughter.

How the hell did she get in?
