Pittsburgh: The Panthers' offense gets all the attention, but Pittsburgh's defense deserves accolades as well. The Panthers have allowed just 35 points in the past three games and haven't allowed more than 100 yards rushing in those three. This is a good squad that is positioned perfectly heading into the second half of the season.

And I LOVE this. Yards passing: 203; rushing: 208. We had a 100 yard runner! Izzy Ananikanda (Like the name), a soph. had 140 on 21. In perspective, Izzy had 67 yds on 27 carries, 2.48 yds/run this entire season before this game. *facepalm* 

Now, when you have a passing game, a running game, and a defense, you gotta good team.

Pitt scored more points against the “Hokies” than any other team except Notre Dame (32), and beat them worse than either of the other two teams, ND (3) also in Blacksburg, and WVU (6) in Deliverance.damn impressive performance by the “Panthers”, damn impressive. That was a top twenty-five team out there today, no doubt about it.
