As Russia’s war in Ukraine rages to horrific new levels each day, the comparisons are growing louder to Nazis targeting and killing innocent Jews in World War II, an especially traumatic legacy in both countries.

Ukraine’s ambassador to the United Nations, Sergiy Kyslytsya, was...direct comparing Russia’s war strategy to Hitler’s.

“How have Russians gotten to the cruelty of Nazis?,” asked Mr. Kyslytsya. “When have you started acting like Nazis? Killing civilians, setting the task to finally resolve the Ukrainian issue like Hitler attempted to resolve the Jewish issue.”

Well sir, the Russians have always been at the level of cruelty of the Nazis. They're playbook could be taken right out of Hitler's war plan but it is not genocide, it's just not, those that dog just won't hunt and Ukraine does itself no favors comparing it to the Holocaust. The cruelty, yes, the systemic extermination of one population, no.

Oh, yes, comparing Russia's barbarity in Ukraine to Nazi barbarity is spot on!  Labeling Ukraine a Nazi country is just, as the Times, says, a "slur."
