KANSAS HAS COME ALL THE WAY BACK!

A deep 15-point hole has been transfigured into a...And now it's final! The incomparable "Jayhawks" have won the men's national basketball championship 72-69. What an incredible second half by Kansas! Similarly to how they started the 1st half the "Jayhawks" scored the first 6 points of the 2nd; Carolina stabilized and held a 12-point lead at 16:15 but Kansas then scored the next 8 straight to close to 45-41 at 14:12. The "Jayhawks" took their first lead since early in the 1st half, 53-50, at 10:23. Then North Carolina came back. The "Tar Heels" took what turned out to be their last lead, 69-68, with only 1:41 to play and then, by the final score you can tell,  KU scored the last 4 of the game and overcame. Kansas outscored North Carolina 47-29 in the 2nd half, the biggest comeback ever in a national championship game.  A tale of two halves and a standing ovation for these two great teams and to a worthy champion in Kansas!
