Judge Kelly can make a liar out of me on this, and I hope he does, but am convinced to clear and convincing standard: He is going to follow the non-existent, hitherto unknown "D.C. Circuit Jan. 6 Sentencing Guidelines" first laid down by Judge Mehta. Kelly is not going to give Pride Boi Henry more than the 18 years prison sentence that Oat Eater Elmer got.
