Isaiah Stewart arrested for punch

Absolutely he should have been arrested. Hours before the game, not on the court, in the parking lot tunnel? Absolutely, the police would have been derelict in duty not to arrest him.

Stewart was cited, not taken to jail, and released. Now it's time for the league office. I cannot fathom the paltry two game suspension of Stewart for the previous eruption of his intermittent explosive personality disorder, which lasted minutes, in which he battered numerous players, officials and staff, and endangered all fans around him. The league is on notice. Somebody is going to get badly injured if Stewart is allowed on the court again without psychiatric treatment and medication. Until that happens, and only if mental health professionals using their best judgment clear Stewart, he should not play in the NBA again.
