Weird day

612 area code is Minneapolis. I don't know anybody in Minneapolis, have never set foot in the city or state. Still, this sounded plausible enough and innocent enough that I almost responded. But first I asked a lawyer friend what he made of it:

I didn't respond to either, deleted and reported as junk. Didn't stop them:

At friend's suggestion, I just blocked the number.
