BC was able to kneel it down 2 plays to preserve the dub. FT Boston College 28 Ruptures (0-2) 21

BC was -3 to win. The Scarlet have blushes two games in a row. They had an easy route to 3-1 to begin the season and are now ofer 2 with no. 14 Southern Cal on deck in impressive Shia Stadium. That will be 0-3. Then "Howard". The goal before the season was to improve on 5-7. After "Howard" they will resume B1G play: Indiana, at Maryland, at Northwestern, home to Meeshagan, at Wisconsin, home to Nebraska, at no. 16 Paterno-Sandusky, home to East Lansing Spartak. USC, Indiana and Paterno-Sandusky are predictable L's.

Can they get to the bare minimum, 6-6? With 2 L's already in the books, a predictable L to USC, they would be ofer 3 before slaughtering the Bison. 1-3. Indy, 1-4, East Lansing Spartak (?), lets give them that one, 2-4; home to Meeshagan let's give them that one, 3-4; let's not go overboard on generosity, L at Wisc, 3-5; L at PSU, 3-6, at Mary, shoot, let's give it, 4-6; say they beat "Cornhuskers": 5-6; Northwestern, okay 6-6. Being generous, they could not unreasonably finish 6-6, the "goal" for the season. But ONE slip up, much less two or more, another 5-7, 4-8, or 3-9 record and Schiano will be cashiered.
