It was a bad night for Miami (33-31) in the standings. They’re now 4 1/2 games behind No. 5 New York, fell 2 1/2 games behind No. 6 Brooklyn after the Nets erased a 28-point deficit to stun Boston, and saw their lead over No. 8 Atlanta trimmed to a half-game after the Hawks beat Portland.

This is a crisis. This is the most serious collapse in Miami "Heat" history. The soul of this franchise has been taken.
Bam fouled the shooter on the NY basket. Anybody's game. "Knicks" biggest lead was 17, "Heat's" 5.
They did come all the way back. They did, and led briefly. And now gave it up, however briefly. I don't think they will come all the way back and hold onto the game and put it away and win.
Even at the beginning of the scene Catherine Schell was laughing. Blake Edwards got frustrated because Schell couldn't keep it together and they had to do multiple takes.
Sellers can't keep it together. They never manage to. Edwards went with the best he could get.
She knows what's going to happen next, he's going to fall over, but she still can't hold it in and giggles audibly. She is now beyond hope for the punch line no matter how many takes Edwards makes her do.
She knows the punch line is coming but is too far gone as he prepares to deliver it.
"Well, here's a-looking at you, kid."
Schell inhales audibly--"Ahh!"in laughter, trying to stifle it so that she can sip her drink...
...is "unsuccessful", further cracking Sellers up, takes a sip...
...and doubles over choking in laughter and cola and ginger ale.
She really chokes!
