CNN Pulls Out of Russia.

There is a 2010 Russian law that bans foreign media from operation in the country unless they are 20% Russian-owned. This is so the government can spoon-feed the Russian public what it wants them to know.*

*That was the AP report. Bloomberg has it that Putin signed the law last month and that it requires 20% Russian ownership by 2016.
