President Obama's reelection slogan and logo was:
I thought it was perfect, brilliant. Understated, modest, no pie-in-the sky, not even an "!", positive, easy to understand.
Apparently, Hillary Clinton thought it was pretty great, too:
Yeah, yeah, yeah "right?" No. Hillary tried to improve on "Forward." Keep the same message but update it. Look at your computer keyboard:
Or maybe your old VCR recorder in the basement. The one you broke by hitting the rewind button a zillion times during the flashing scene in
Basic Instinct. The right arrow, sometimes stylized to an arrow head has been the icon for "forward" for the whole computer generation. So H's logo is "Forward" for the next generation, us'ns.
However...You knew there was going to be a "however," didntcha?, 'cause you know I'm an *asshole*...However, you could make the case for,
See, that would improve on Obama's so-yesterday, "Forward" slogan (in letters no less, lol), by adding a dynamic, aggressive message: forward-SLASH, punk. It would subliminally associate H in voters' minds with her wildly popular Afghanistan slogan, "Fight, talk, build." The / symbolically combines, synthesizes, fucking multi-tasks, the overall positive energy of F.T.B. with a dynamic, aggressive, "fighting"
Slash! En garde! Zorro!...Kinda thing...You could make a case for that.
But wait.
You could make an "H" out of two forward slashes, thus dispatching that stupid traffic arrow:
Something like that...It's a thought.
Okay, so enough with Hillary. Real fast cuz I need to go zzz, looking at my keyboard I see all kinds of possibilities. For Donald Trump alone you could have:
OR!
OR! OR! OR!
Arright, enough. Maybe we'll pick this up tomorrow with Ted Cruz. Or maybe we won't!
