My God, I would never have given that smiling, happy-looking, prosperous-looking man a second thought. Knowing his name and religion-still wouldn't have given him a second thought. He looks all American. He looks like a Muslim lawyer friend of mine. And that is the nightmare tonight. Is there a reasonable chance that these dots are not connected? That Islam had nothing to do with this? There is no reasonable chance. That is the nightmare.
