The Aussies found...a 200 year old shipwreck while looking for the plane. They have searched 45,000 square miles of the Indian Ocean and can't find a two year old planewreck. The only parts of the plane found washed up on Reunion Island and were found by some local beachcomber. That's fucked up, man.
