Robert Mugabe was supposed to resign today on Zimbabwe national television...but he changed his mind. Not gonna resign,--Praised the military who put him on house arrest!--is gonna preside over Zanu-PF's party congress in December. Which is weird because Zanu-PF kicked him out. Maybe he didn't get the memo.
