The University of Tennessee should fire head tackle football coach Jeremy Pruitt.
Pruitt dismissed a player from his team who threatened to "smack" a co-ed who he had been harrassing for months at a party. Then the same player got pulled over by the police who discovered he had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear in court. On body cam footage the player is heard to say "Where I'm from we shoot at cops." The police officer allowed the player to call Pruitt, you know, for support. (?) Pruitt obliged. When the officer explained to Pruitt why the player was being arrested, like because a fucking judge had issued a warrant mandating the mother fucker be arrested, Pruitt is heard saying, "This is the silliest [thing] I've ever seen in my life. I've worked at four places and never had no crap like this except for here."
Tennessee should make it five.
