It is easy to understand why Pitt fans are so nervous about this Syracuse game, but there is no need to get worked up. This is a different Panthers team than those in the past. They proved it last time out against Duke, and they will continue to prove it every time they take the field the rest of the way this year. That starts Friday against the Orange, and I’ll be shocked if it isn’t a dominant performance and a relatively easy Pitt win.
