He just ordered all U.S. forces out of Syria, part of his master "plan" to get completely out of the Mid East. Unilaterally. Pissing everybody off, including the Turks whose economy he threatened to totally destroy if they go too far in committing genocide against the Kurds. Now they have gone too far and we're back in. He has already sanctioned top Turkish officials and now Pompeo and Pence are going to Ankara to talk Erdogan--who he threatened to destroy--into letting up. From WaPo:
