14-day changes
-31% Hospitalizations
-28% Deaths
This iteration of the 14-day is the first in a few where D’s have fallen less than H’s. Which is bad, as it pushes the D-H percentage up to,
3.32%, which is bad. Which is as bad as it’s been since I have been calculating it.
7-day daily averages
66,977. Cases. UP. For the first time since Jan. 8(!), thus the first time under President Biden, Cases RISE.
59,986 Hospitalizations. Down.
1,994 Deaths. Up. the THIRD day in a row Deaths are UP.
Dailies, Feb. 22
56,044 Cases reported. Down.
1,417 Deaths. Down.
The only bit of good news today. This is the first day of the new reporting week so those numbers are very surprising, good-surprising. The rest of the numbers are awful. Biden’s worst day.
