Is there wavering commitment to sanctions for which the president is trying to "rally" Europeans? There is some dissension on the extent of military material supplied to Ukraine. Poland wanted to send fighter jets. Lithuania wanted to make Ukraine a member of the EU and NATO. Zelensky asked for that of course. President Macron: "The answer is no." You all know my position on NATO and membership for Poland and Lithuania! Biden will not say this but I might: "Poland, Lithuania, since you disagree, why don't you just leave and establish your own security alliance. Invite Ukraine! The PLU."
