The United Nations Human Rights Council Literally Steps Up--and Walks Out!

Explosions struck the capital, Kyiv, near a memorial for a massacre of Jews in World War II, as well as in Ukraine’s second largest city, Kharkiv. President Zelensky accused Russia of war crimes for targeting civilians.

The Russian military campaign...[has] shifted toward targeting civilian areas with increasingly powerful weapons. The United Nations said that at least 136 civilians, including 13 children, had been killed so far... A projectile hit Kyiv’s main radio and television tower, killing five and forcing television stations off the air, according to Ukrainian officials. The blast took place near the Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center, drawing criticism from Israel.

Videos...showed massive damage to at least two large apartment buildings in the town of Borodyanka, about 35 miles northwest of Kyiv. Witnesses and Ukraine’s deputy foreign minister said that the damage was the result of Russian airstrikes.

Videos showed Russian troops patrolling Kherson, in Ukraine’s south, as well as an explosion at an apartment building, although Ukrainians kept control, according to Janes, a company that analyzes intelligence.

WIKIPEDIA HAS THAT KHERSON SURRENDERED FEB. 24!

The mayor of Mariupol, a critical port city, [in the southeast] said residents lacked electricity and heat after days of intense fighting. Capturing Mariupol would allow Russian forces to Ukraine’s south to join with Russian-backed separatists in the east, isolating Ukrainian troops in the region.

About 100 diplomats, many from Western countries, walked out of a speech by Russia’s foreign minister, Sergey Lavrov, in Geneva on Tuesday in protest over his country’s invasion of Ukraine.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Oh Sergei, you're killing 'em! LAVROV FOR WAR CRIMINAL! HAHAHAHAHHAHA!
