Russian withdrawal from north 'slow but noticeable' - Zelenskiy
Speaking from what looks like a conference room...Zelenskiy said Russian forces were withdrawing from the north of Ukraine...sometimes expelled by Ukrainian forces but other times leaving of their own accord.

Zelenskiy said Russian forces were massing in Donbas, towards Kharkiv and were “preparing for even more powerful blows”.
Withdrawing, sometimes expelled, other times leaving of their own accord"; "massing preparing for more powerful blows". Which is it? It's still contradictory.
