Kyiv says 30 areas retaken from Russian forces

Maybe it's a regrouping but it increasingly is looking not. If Russia's aim is still the conquest of the capital and the country it will have to retake those 30 areas when it gets done with whatever this regrouping mission is. That is contraindicated in conquest.
