Boris Johnson drops out of race to be next UK prime minister

He was campaigning for it! He got 102 (threshold 100) commitments from parliamentary Tories but was well behind the front runner, who is...Rishi Sunak the former Chancellor of the Exchequer. With BoJo gone Sunak becomes the odds-on favorite to be the next PM (Tories only get to choose until 2024). Bet in '24 he runs again.
