For 28’ I was girding myself to be critical of the subject matter as I had been last week. And then at 28:30 Dion became a philosopher, transcending fashion, and an authentic, moving public speaker. Her cadence is right, it is dramatic. It was moving, MOVING. She is reading her notes. This is what she says:
