TRUMP INDICTMENT PARTE DEUX

Marshall Miller, a top department official who acted as an intermediary with the special counsel, raced out of the Justice Department building with a wad of papers in his hand and an aide in tow. A few minutes later, around 3:30 p.m., Attorney General Merrick B. Garland emerged from his office and hopped into his S.U.V., idling in the courtyard of the Justice Department. He seemed relaxed and exchanged pleasantries with reporters — then chuckled and waved off a question about the timing of Trump’s indictment before his motorcade rumbled off.
