“Un. Fricking. Believable.”

“Stuck in an endless loop”. Sen. Schumer said when the jointure bill was presented that he had never worked so well with Mitch McConnell. That was a problem. “That’s the problem,” tweeted Josh Hawley.

I actually spent several minutes staring off into space thinking of a way we could rick-roll the likes of J-Hawl. Sincerely, Republicans are not highly intelligent people. You could trick them. Schumer meant well, OF COURSE, but if you know your opponent, you don’t compliment McConnell. You cuss him as an old snapping turtle who held you up. You tell the public you won’t vote for the bill you just co-wrote. You tell the public Trump rammed this toughest-ever border deal down your throat. You threaten your caucus with lost committee assignments if they vote for this partial birth abortion of a bill. You say all this with a 😉 and you nod to your Democratic colleagues to vote for it.

Elles and Gees, it could work; this didn’t work; being all nice and bipartisanly didn’t work, this might have worked. You think LBJ as Majority Leader wouldn’t do something like this? I know he would.
