Both Boston City and Manchester City play today, the latter at 10:30 a.m. NPT, home to suburban club Manchester Unitard, the former in Boston at 3:30 p.m. against Golden State. Last night and today, matchups between the past and the future, the old and the new.

I cannot overstate, although I cannot help stating it over and over again, how shockingly impressive Denver's closing kick was last night. It was breathtaking.
