Athletic Director Keli Zinn said after meeting with head coach Greg Schiano that both were "fully aligned" that the team would have to be "better" in 2026...Or a change in the head coach would be discussed was the clear implication.
The Scarlet Pimpernel entered today 2-6, meaning they had to win their last three games. They are in Wisconsin where they were 18-point underdogs against the Boogers. Rutgers trails 24-10 at the end of the 3rd quarter. Lose this game, as they are, and the best they can do, which they won't, is 5-7.
We shall see if Ms. Zinn is true to her alignment.
