This is what puzzles me: You get excellent lawyers like that guy writing that prosecutors now have evidence that Trump committed "a very severe crime, one that must be punished" and then you have excellent reporters writing that Mueller has decided, and has told Giuliani of his decision NOT TO INDICT THE MOTHER-FUCKER.
